The inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar is embraced by our OWN INTERNATIONAL PATENT Rockwool Insulation, secured with metal batting, and finally enveloped by a layer of refractory cement.
Impressive Hardware: The upgraded Lisboa model comes equipped with premium hardware, featuring a black NON-RUST CAST ALUMINUM door, a chimney cavity, and a STAINLESS STEEL chimney. The door is designed with a peep-through high-heat viewing window, allowing you to monitor your culinary creations with ease.

All of our ovens require “all-weather” protection from rain, sleet and snow, fallen leaves, and protection from harsh elements when not in use. If you don’t have a cover, we offer them for purchase as an add-on. These are beautiful ovens that are meant to last for a very long time, if taken care of properly!
