What if My Product Arrives Damaged?
Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any signs of damage, including to the outer box, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you can’t inspect the item fully at that moment but suspect potential damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@prokitchendirect.com, and we will arrange a swift replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
