We use a variety of trusted carriers depending on the size of your order and the destination. These include Freight carriers (LTL) for large equipment, as well as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for smaller parcels.
- Orders over $200: Free Shipping.
- Orders under $200: A flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
- Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to the Continental United States.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day when possible.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: 3–10 business days.
Total estimated delivery is usually between 4–13 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email from support@prokitchendirect.com. You can use this to monitor your shipment via the carrier's website.
Because we aim for a 12:00 PM cut-off for same-day processing, please call us immediately at +1 (800) 960 2171 if you need to make a change. Once an item has entered the handling stage (1–3 days), we may not be able to stop the shipment.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Note: Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-returnable.
Yes. Depending on the manufacturer and the condition of the item, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit has been applied to your original payment method.
