How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Shipping times can vary depending on the product and availability. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and many ship out the same day. Estimated delivery is typically within 4–7 business days, though this may vary based on location, carrier, and other factors. Any longer lead times will be noted on the product page. While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel any order for a full refund before it has shipped. Please contact us at support@prokitchendirect.com immediately if you wish to cancel. Once shipped, our 30-Day Return Policy applies.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the box, note it upon signing for delivery. If you’re unable to inspect it during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If your item arrives damaged, send photos to support@prokitchendirect.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or compensation.
How do I place an order?
To order online, simply select “Add To Cart” on your chosen product, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and billing details. To order by phone, call us at 1 800-960-2171. You'll receive immediate order confirmation, and we’ll start processing your order right away.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order details. When your order ships, we’ll send an email with tracking information. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll notify you by email or phone within one business day.
Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. We recommend printing and saving it for your records. Please ensure your email address is entered accurately.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are located in New York and only charge sales tax on orders shipping to New York. This can mean significant savings compared to other retailers.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can modify your order free of charge by emailing us at support@prokitchendirect.com. Any price adjustments will be applied to your payment, or we’ll send a custom invoice for any balance.
