Crafted from heavy-gauge steel and lined with firebrick for maximum heat retention, the Sunterra Argentine Grill is engineered for both performance and longevity. Its chain-drive flywheel system allows smooth adjustment of the cooking grates’ height for precise temperature control. Perfect for restaurants, catering operations, or backyard asadores who demand the best.

Care & Maintenance Instructions
- Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove ashes and debris after each use.
- Wipe grates with a grill brush and re-season with vegetable oil to prevent rust.
- Inspect chain-drive and damper mechanisms regularly; apply heat-resistant lubricant if needed.
- Store under a grill cover when not in use to protect from moisture and weather.
- Firebrick may discolor over time—this is normal and part of its heat-retention function.
